16 oz can into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy pale straw color with a very thin head that quickly disappeared. Orange citrus, slightly spicy wheat, clove aroma. Taste is faint clove and bubblegum, not much citrus or much else in terms of flavor. Medium-light bodied, goes down smooth.

Mostly clear deep yellow with a thin white head. Nose is generic wheat though muted. Taste is similar with normal wheat spice and tones, faint lemony/bubblegum hops. Body is light to medium with medium carbonation. Overall a very forgettable beer thats easy drinking without any insults.

Taste: semi sweet, orange peel, cloves, wheat, banana notes. Nice bold orange citrus and bready nose. Honey colored hue, unfiltered, smaller head and lace. Medium body. Solid.

On tap at the brewery - Lyons, IL. Cloudy copper colored beer - looks more like a pale ale than a Hefe; head is thick and foamy but completely disappears rather quickly. Clove, wheat, and grain with a hint of bubblegum for aroma. Flavors are bubblegum, clove, very faint banana, light caramely grain, wheat, and some grassy, spicy, & earthy German hops. Lighter body, modest carbonation, sweeter finish. I think they need to go back to the drawing board on this one. It's refreshing but flavor-wise far from an authentic German Hefeweizen.

I had this on tap at Babcock's Grove in Lombard Illinois. Typical Hefeweizen look and smelled wonderful. Fluffy mouthfeel and characteristic of a good Hefeweizen with some nice banana and clove features. Overall this was a very refreshing and tasty Hefeweizen on a warm summer day.
