Pours a clear straw color with a foamy white head that provides a surprising amount of lacing. Beautiful lager.
The nose includes corn, some grass, and cereal grains, which is where the taste lands. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Nice Mexican lager.

Had Cactus Pants poured from pint can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 08/04/21," gift from Chicago buddy, into sort of short pilstulpe.
Pours bright light-gold with clarity and 1/2-finger near-white head, which quickly dissipates to a thin ring, leaving a few specks of lace. Aroma of corn (seemingly) and a little hop spice off the pour, then sweet malt and finally a little citrus as warms. Begins all sweet malt, carried by a little carbonation into a hint of citrus, which leads into a nicely crisp finish.
A little citrus, a crisp finish, and no faults make for a pleasant, repeatable Mexican lager experience.

This is an easy drinking Mexican lager. Not really a whole lot to it. Had it with a wedge of lime and it was refreshing and crushable. Good for a hot summer day.

A very easy drinking Mexican style lager. Heavy taste of corn upfront with a crisp finish. This is a very clean lager and good representation of the style. Much better than any of the US macro or big Mexican lagers. Cactus pants is a great beer with spicy food and in the summer time.

16oz draft poured into a pint glass to the rim, so I don't know about a fluffy head, but the ever-rising bubbles are gorgeous in the clear yellow-gold body and lacing runs back to the ring.
Aroma is subtle but hints of fresh air and a grassiness.
Flavor is clean and flowery with a nice spice.
Mouthfeel is crisp and finishes clean.
Overall a very well done pilsner for all day drinking.
