I've got the perfect idea, I'll make a beer with chocolate AND cinnamon! OH boy! I liked it better when you could taste wheat, hop, beer, and even barrel in their brews, but what do I know, I've only been going to Buckledown since 2015, the year they opened..

Taste: Complex, Mexican chocolate, semi sweet, bold cinnamon, vanilla bean, some Ancho chilies, smooth, and dry finish too. Same with the nose. Black color, opaque, smaller tan head and lace. Medium body.

16oz, canned on 02/0?/20. A foamy tan head caps a dark brown ale. Nice sweet & spicy aroma of cinnamon, chili, chocolate, vanilla, and lactose. Sweeter flavors with an intriguing profile: chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, lactose, and a bit of a kick on the back-end from the ancho chilis. Body could be a lot fuller - this is quite watery and thin; balance is nice. Good flavors and aroma with this one.
