12 ounce can into a snifter. Canned 10/11/18, had 12/28/19.
Pours near black and opaque, with a half inch head and light foamy cling. Aromas of bourbon, chocolate, medium roast malt, vanilla, some raisins, some char as it warms. Flavors of chocolate, bourbon, malt, vanilla, oak, light caramel and cocoa, faint raisins. Smooth, a good full body, well carbonated.
Very good aromas and flavors. The barrels are excellent, but could have a more solid presence. Very enjoyable.
