We barrel-aged Stompin' S'mores with marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon. Stompin' S'mores is perfect for a winter evening in front of the fire.

22 ounce bottle into a snifter. Released 12/11/20, had same day.
Pours near black and opaque, with a short, quickly dissipating head and some light, foamy lacing. Aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, milk chocolate, some marshmallow, some bourbon. Similar flavors- cinnamon, milk chocolate, vanilla, malt, some bourbon- a little more as it warms, a little marshmallow. Smooth, a good but thinner full body, appropriately carbonated.
The add- ins are very good and well balanced, the barrels are subdued but good. The thinness is a little bit of a negative. Certainly enjoyable, but just seems like it could have been better. Best fully warmed. Have a few more to age, let’s see what happens.

There are many complex aromas and finely mixed flavors including cinnamon, sugary marshmallow and vanilla. Barrel aging Bourbon swirls with chocolate, coffee and a light grahmcracker taste.
Just as Buckledown advertises, tastes like a s'more. As the brew came up to room temp, all aromas and flavors intensified. Delicious to the max!!
