Cola brown with ruby highlights, one finger of tan receding foam that ringed the goblet and replenished by very fine bubbles released. Aromas of holiday baking- dates and chocolate. Flavors are heartier and more complex than the aromas. Slight bitterness from the cocoa. Slightly watery feel which was out of line but overall a pleasant surprise.
