A 10% barrel aged Imperial Stout. With flavor notes driven by our unique Norwegian yeast strain, this stout has a subtle fruitiness that pairs beautifully with huge vanilla and tobacco notes from the barrel aging. Fresh Elijah Craig barrels provide a bourbon punch, while also rounding out this big stout with a oaky finish.

22 ounce bottle into a snifter. Released 11/23/22, had 12/2/22.
Pours an opaque dark brown with a brief head and light foamy cling. Aromas of roasted malt, oak, bourbon, chocolate, caramel, raisins, some vanilla and leather, a hint of cherry. Mostly similar flavors: bourbon, oak, roasted malt, chocolate, leather, caramel, some vanilla and raisins. Smooth a good lighter full body, appropriately carbonated.
The barrels show lots of bright aromas and flavors and the base is good. The lighter feel caps the upside a little, but it’s still very enjoyable.
