Bunyip IPA uses Cascade hops grown in Australia which do not seen to carry American grown Cascade characteristics.
With a good malt base Bunyip is darker than an American IPA and has a deep bronze colour. The hop aroma is muted compared to an IPA brewed with American grown Cascade however the hops bitterness come through in the flavour.
A nice beer.
