Sunrise Lager was created to satisfy the Japanese salarymen who drink at my original bar, The Vault. Not necessarily wanting craft beer we decided to make lager that was quite bitter for them. Jever Pils is the beer we modeled it on.
Straw yellow in colour with a clean white head the aroma is also light noble hops. The taste is also very clean but with a good bitter hit to finish with. Very nice beer to have after a long day at the office.
