Mezcal Pilsner is a trial brew which may become a regular beer for our new Mexican bar and restaurant. Visualizing Corona and other light Mexican lagers we kept the beer light and the alcohol low and gave it some fruitiness with the addition of lime. The lime comes through in both the aroma and flavour and should go well with tacos etc.
