Adams Street Brewery

 

We visited this brewery while in Chicago for the Winter Classic hockey game. Located within the Berghoff restaurant, there is a long bar, about a dozen taps, tall and standard tables, and a warm, wooden ambiance. The food was okay. My burger was underwhelming (the bun was twice the size of the meat), but my wife's pierogi were excellent. I had a flight, and then a full pint of Vienna Lager. All the beer I tried was tasty, well made, and compelling. They seem to focus on traditional styles, which I really like to see. The service was prompt, and we enjoyed the lunch we had here.
