On tap at the brewery in Baileys Harbor. Neat place! Listed under Hacienda Beer Co (experimental). Pretty good NEIPA.

Unfiltered, opaque lemon-orange look. Tropical fruit on the nose. Juicy hops good your mouth with a delayed bitter finish. Send more like a NEIPA than an APA.

A wonderful citrus aroma, hazy appearance, citrus, lemon, orange that's particularly sweet.

 

The water profile on this beer is one of the best I have had out of a Wisconsin Brewery!!! It's clean and crisp and very easy to drink. This ultra low bitter NEIPA style beer is pretty darn amazing. The only negatives I have is that the body is slightly thin and the DDH Citra is good but doesnt wow. The hops flavor is melon and a hint of pineapple and ends with a dankness that is hard to describe. I am thinking the Citra needs a supporting hop 3:1 just to make it all come together. I actually find this with all Citra Only DDH beers. The best beers I have had and nearly all of the higher ranked NEIPA's have 2 or 3 hops used to balance out their flavors.

 

From a growler. Deep yellow-orange cloudy appearance. Juicy and citrus aroma and flavor. Bit more of a bitter hop bite at the end than one would expect. It's a quality brew with a NE style IPA style front and a midwest bitter bite at the end.
