12oz can, can glass. Slightly cloudy unfiltered golden yellow body, one finger white head, great retention, not much lacing. Primarily light toasted grain, freshly baked bread, floral notes. Straw. Touch of mineral. Clean, refreshing, reasonable complexity through and through, medium-lighter in body, not watery, good carbonation. Great beer for a hot day.

Had on tap. This is a very nice german pilsner. Perfect carbonation and overall consistency of the mouthfeel. Taste has classic german malts and hops, with hints of grass, pepper, earthy spice, buttery bread, and a peck on the lips of lemon. Light but plenty full, just a great example of the style, bravo!

Poured 12oz can into Pils glass. A clear golden yellow color with a big fluffy 2.5 finger head that lingers for a few minutes and leaves bubbled lacing on the glass. Light, sweet bready malts with some hay, grass and grain. A touch of fruity citrus hops to give it a bit more character. Starts off with some sweetness from the malts. Some fruit notes mingle with the grassy hops and, grain. Just a touch of spicy hops on the finish. Light, very refreshing with some dryness. The carbonation is perfect. This is quite good.
