Medium-bodied all-malt Amber Ale with complex hop character balanced by an understated sweetness. Small-batch brewed with two-row, caramel, wheat, and chocolate malts. Premium hops add a distinctive exotic note.

Picked up a sixer from Foodland in Kapaa, Kauai for $10.99.
Beer poured a reddish brown with a nice head upon the initial pour.
Nose is pretty nondescript, there is a basically just malts and nothing else.
Taste is pretty well balanced between the nice caramel malt backbone with just enough grapefruit hop to prevent it from being too sweet.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth. Decent carbonation makes it pretty refreshing.
Overall this is a pretty decent beer. Very nice after doing some hiking in Waimea Canyon!
