Poured from a 650ml bottle,6.4 ABV, 66 IBU Small Batch IPA with the 4 C's Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Columbus Hops.
A: Pours a Clear Dark Gold Amber very thin white head and minor lacing.
S: A floral (almost nothing) bread yeast nose.
T: Nice clean bitter hop taste not to sweet.
F: Pretty low carbonation good balance with malt and hops.
O: A ok IPA easy to drink i think the Hops need Amarillo or Citra added to really get that West Coast hit.
Of all the B.C. IPA's around now it sits about 6.5 of 10 on my scale.
