This seasonal brew is bright and flavorful to kick your tastebuds off for the warmer weather. It is brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops and, starting in 2017, Vermont yeast, to give it that nice, juicy stone fruit flavor and hazy color. We dry-hopped this brew extensively to give it the brightest aromatics without an overwhelming amount of lingering bitterness on the finish. Easy-drinking, yet full of flavor, makes the Spring IPA a fan favorite!
