Charon is a Dark Sour Ale that brings together our Belgian Dark Strong Ale, Belgian Blond, and Imperial Porter in wine barrels for 12 months with lactobacillus and brettanomyces. It emerges as one of our most complex wild ales and is deceivingly easy-drinking. Sip on this brew on its own or paired with a delicious charcuterie plate.
