This seasonal IPA is meant to pair with the great food of the Fall season. The darker malts used give this beer a great auburn color and add a light toastiness to the flavor. Large amounts of Cascade hops added during the initial brew and also the dry-hop, give this beer nice bitterness to balance the malts. It is a perfect pairing for the heartier dishes of Fall and especially Thanksgiving, if we don't run out before then.

Pours a thin head on a hazy dark straw body.
The aroma is grain.
The taste is lemon, grapefruit and pine bitterness with a good balance of malt.
The texture is medium.
It's fine.
