Gose is a German-style sour beer with additions of salt and coriander. Traditional German Goses are very salty. This Gose, however, has a just a hint of salt and nice tartness from the lactobacillus added. It is the mellowest and most approachable of our sour beers. Although it is unfiltered, it is still light, crisp, refreshing, and very citrusy.

Straw colored, not completely transparent. Smell showing tartness, slight funk, some fruity notes. Taste is puckering opening up to a mild straw-tartness, and the salt here is coming through with a adrg and tart finish. Best local gose ino. Pair with pizza, or goat cheese.
