Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is juicy, refreshing, and very tart. Additions of blackberry, raspberry, and boysenberry give this beer an amazing bright purple color and vibrant fruit flavor.

Wow...I am honored to write the first review for 3 Berry Sour. Here we go...

Appearance: It feels like pouring your favorite fruit punch as a kid into a tulip glass. It settles in nicely...a rich rasberry color really catches the eye. A very nice fruit berry colored drink. The head does not linger...it's not wasting anytime.

Aroma: You get massive amounts of berries, strawberries, blacberries...very BERRY. Also pick up some of the acidity--definitely not a sweet drink.

Taste: Awesome, full flavored, not over-the-top sour but nicely balanced. You get this mouthful of amazing fruit flavors and at the same time, this nice dry and acidity. Cannot wait for the next sip. Very well done. Very easy drinking berry sour.

Overall: Very enjoyable. It has enough fruit flavors to match the acidity, not that it is overly done---very well balanced to the point you know it is a sour. One of the best sours I've had thus far.
