This collaboration beer with Capitol Beer and Taproom was originally brewed for their 4th Anniversary. Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is light, easy-drinking and nicely tart. The additions of pink guava and passion fruit give this beer an amazing aroma and vibrant fruit flavor.
