Sour Bromance is a collaboration at its finest. Final Gravity Taproom joined us over one year ago to brew our Final Gravity Saison and provided us with wine barrels to age this delicious brew in for a whole year. Additions of lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and heaps of Chardonnay grapes, result in a tart and complex wild ale with notes of Chardonnay, oak, fruit, and spice.
