Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is juicy, easy-drinking, and nicely tart. The additions of mango and a touch of passionfruit give this beer a rich aroma and vibrant fruit flavor.

Great color on this beer, but the taste was way to tart like the those sweet tart candies. Great brewery and they had some great beer. This one was just not from me.
