Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is juicy, easy-drinking, and very tart. The addition of heaps of pineapple give this beer a rich aroma and vibrant fruit flavor.

Appearance - Pours lightly hazy and light yellow in color with a white, two-finger width head that fizzes away like soda, leaving a barren surface with scant number of bubbles clinging to the sides.

Smell - Pineapple, gastric acid.

Taste - Follows the nose. Pineapple juice and gastic acid, like puking up a bit of Dole's. So... not bad?

Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with moderate carbonation. Slick, acidic bite leaves a crisp, dry finish.

Overall - It's better than the plum offering, but that's because pineapple is a superior fruit to plum. Outside a super sour pineapple flavor, there's not much to talk about.
