Brew a nice, well-balanced American Brown Ale, dry-hop it like an IPA with Simcoe hops, your end result is this delicious brew. Vibrant aroma from the chocolate malt and heavy dry-hop, but still smooth and easy-drinking. This was going to be a one time brew, but was such a hit that we will brew it again and again.

Poured into a tulip glass, canned on 12/12 drank on 12/28.
Pours a a dark, brown, chocolatey color. Aroma and taste was very fresh with dark chocolate and whiskey notes. All around, a no-nonsense and tasty brown ale that I would love to try again
