This beer should be called IPA light. Low on the malt flavor and big on the hop character, this is a great beer for drinking all day long. It is dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight giving it great aromatics and nice hop flavor. 510 was one of our very first beers ever made, so it is named after our suite number. Yes, we were VERY creative back then...yeeeahhh, not so much.
