This beer begins as our Belgian Imperial Golden Strong and is then sent into Chardonnay barrels for 6 months. The end result is an extremely rich and robust brew. The traditional Belgian spices are balanced nicely by a touch of alcohol sweetness and a hint of Chardonnay and oak from the barrels. This complex and full-bodied brew is best enjoyed by slowly sipping and savoring it as it warms in the glass.
