As Bob Ross would say, "we don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents". Brewed for the Lord of Rice competition, this brew was the first rice beer we've ever created. It was not an "accident" per se, but definitely an experiment and happy little surprise. Brewed with a heavy quantity of rice, there is a slightly fruity and refreshing element to this light rice ale, creating an easy-drinking brew suitable for the happy painter in all of us.
