Coffee and Cream - Barrel Aged

This beer is bound to make your tastebuds happy! Coffee, bourbon, oak, and a finish of cream...does it get any better? This beer starts out as our Imperial Porter, a nice rich brew. We then age it in bourbon barrels for 2-4 months. At the tail-end of aging, we add a light aromatic coffee from a local coffee roaster straight into the barrel. If this wasn't enough, when pouring this beer we float our nitro, vanilla, lactose, sweet Cream Ale right on top. Just this touch of "cream" puts the perfect finish on this delectably complex brew.
