Collaboration with Crooked Lane Brewing Company
Brewed in collaboration with Crooked Lane Brewing Company for 2018 Sacramento Beer Week, we went all out for our first try at this exciting new style, a Brut IPA! Just like the beautiful California poppy, California Hoppy has a slender body and a big, bright bouquet. With lots of dry-hopping and almost no residual sugar, this beer has the aroma of a big Imperial IPA and the nice, dry finish of a lager. Deceivingly easy-drinking, yet still full of flavor, it's no wonder Brut IPAs are here to stay.
