Collaboration with The Monk's Cellar
We are incredibly thankful for the long-time friends we’ve made in the beer industry, so for Thanksgiving we decided to brew with the talented folks at The Monk’s Cellar. We both share a love of Belgian styles, so it was a no-brainer to brew one of the classics. Chateau is a Belgian Pale Ale that we modeled after one of our very favorite Belgian beers, Orval, and brewed with 100% Chateau pale malt. With the perfect balance of Belgian spice and hop bitterness, this beer is the perfect pairing for turkey dinner!
