Coffee and Cream

This two-part beer is one of our favorite and most unique brews. We first brew our dark, rich Coffee Pot Porter with locally roasted coffee. Then, we brew Tan-Lines, a light, clean, blonde beer with a twist. Once it has finished fermenting, we add a ton of lactose sugar and vanilla beans and then over-carbonate it with nitro. It turns this brew into a sweet, rich concoction reminiscent of whipped cream or latte foam if you will. We put both these brews on tap, fill the first 3/4 of your glass with Coffee Pot Porter and delicately float this vanilla lactose cream ale on top like adding your foam to your latte.
