Just as a Curator has understated importance in cultural heritage, the Oud Bruin style is one that is underrated, but incredibly important to include when putting together a portfolio of Belgian-style Wild Ales. Curator begins as a Belgian Brown Ale and transforms over 12 months in wine barrels into a complex, malt-forward, and nicely tart brew. It's no wonder this style has been around for ages.
