This collaboration beer with Final Gravity Taproom was brewed for their 5th Anniversary! Soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is light, easy-drinking and subtly tart. Additions of black currant and blackberry give this beer an vibrant purple color and delicious fruit flavor.
