East Coast Queen

We always thought West Coast King needed a counterpart, so we found him his match! In East Coast Queen, we use the same hops (Citra, El Dorado, and Eureka) and same malt build as the West Coast King, but instead of California yeast, we use Vermont yeast. We also added a little less bittering hops and doubled the dry-hop, making this beer softer than the West Coast King, but slightly more aromatic. The delicate Vermont yeast gives this beer a wonderful peach and apricot aroma and leaves the beer nice and hazy, just like a Northeast Pale Ale should be. It is super easy-drinking, yet full of flavor, keeping you coming back for more after each sip.
