The first of our Tiny Tank Series beers, Ginger B. Goode is an American Sour brewed in our tiny one barrel tank. Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is juicy, easy-drinking, and nicely tart. The addition of heaps of ginger give it a unique, spicy aroma and vibrant fruit flavor. There is only 25 gallons of this beer and it may never be brewed again. It doesn't get more limited edition that that!
