Hoppin’ with Mr. Cooperage

The sixth of our six anniversary collaborations, Hoppin’ with Mr. Cooperage, was developed and brewed with our friends at Cooperage Brewing Company! This brew was inspired by some of the deliciously hoppy beers Cooperage has created and the thought of teaming up to try something new. This Northeast-Style Pale Ale is the first we have brewed of this style and with a hop neither of us have worked with before, Rakau. With the addition of Galaxy hops as well, notes of lemongrass and grapefruit carry over into a soft mouthfeel and smooth finish. Can we venture to say it’s a slam dunk? A must have beverage during March Madness? An assist for the win? Okay okay, we’ll stop.
