Passiflora, named after the plant that passion fruit grows on, begins as our Gabriel Belgian Blond Ale that is sent into white wine barrels for six months. During aging, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and heaps of passion fruit are added to transform this traditional Blond Ale into a complex Wild Ale. The final result is a delicious brew with bright fruit character, nice tartness, and a soft, dry finish.
