While picturing ourselves sipping rum on a remote tropical island, we thought up what would best showcase these delectable Dillon Rum barrels from the French Caribbean. Our Imperial Amber, with it's rich color and malty character, seemed like a perfect fit for these barrels. After four months of aging, notes of molasses, spice, and caramel arise to take this big beer to an all new level. Although very complex, it still has an incredibly smooth finish. Take a sip and let your taste buds transport you to the Caribbean.
