Spring Snow is a barrel-aged version of our Gabriel Belgian Blond Ale. It is aged in White Port barrels with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and heaps of white peach for 6 months. The end result is a tart and juicy wild ale with notes of White Port, oak, fruit, and spice.
