We Are Brut, a Brut IPA, was inspired by our love for Groot and Guardians of the Galaxy. It represents the ever-changing and evolving "hop inflections" that one might experience in craft beer. In the beginning, we perceive some hearty, earth character and then soon find ourselves diving into a nectarine orchard thanks to the generous amount of Galaxy hops added. Time only proves an adventure through the galaxy of crisp-sweetness, a flavor profile that shines bright through the dense Craft Beer nebula.
