Vidimus opens your eyes to a whole different kind of Wild Ale. Originally brewed as our Belgian Tripel, Window of Opportunity, this delectable brew was then aged in the same red wine barrels as Repentance for an entire year. The remnants of Repentance add a layer of richness, while the brettanomyces and lactobacillus additions bring about layers of fruit, slight tartness, and a nice, dry finish. Vidimus, meaning “we have seen”, will have you seeing beer on a completely new level.
