Bottled 6/30/2016
Look: Pours a cloudy, murky banana yellow with a thin white foam head, slight lacing.
Aroma: Loads of fresh banana and some clove undertones. A little bubble gum, wheat, and orange as well.
Taste: Mirrors the aroma, predominately banana and wheat with the bubble gum and orange in the background.
Feel: Lightly carbonated and smooth, leaves somewhat of an astringent aftertaste.
Overall it's a solid local hefeweizen from a quality farm-based brewery!

Had this on cask at Milkhouse tap house. Very well balanced and nicely flavored Hefeweisen.
