This is a very well crafted wild fermented beer. Has some moderate funk and light fruit in aroma. Taste is slightly tart, some funk, slight fruit and a more dry finish. Brett is well noticed here. Very low on the sour scale. Has a light body and refreshing finish. Subtlety is done right as well crafted wild fermented ales should be.
