Another fabulous Wild Ale from Milkhouse. Aroma started out very vinegar/acidic in aroma but then as the beer matured in the glass, it became alot more barnyard and funky. Taste was light/moderate sour, with a honey sweetness balanced with the dry funkiness. Very nice balance. Enjoyed.
