This 100% MD apiary ale is made with honey from the farm as well as local chamomile and lavender. A true celebration of spring and honeybees with a sweet maltiness and yet a dry finish.​

From a crowler
Clear amber with big off-white head, good retention, splotchy lace
Floral aroma, with lavender leading, honey and spice underneath
Slightly tart, honey, lavender, spice, and bit of light, grainy malt, finishes dry
Light bodied, could us a touch more carbonation
Really nicely done, could use just a touch more bitterness. I like how floral it is without tasting like potpourri.
