On draught at the brewery.
A pale straw colored pour with a decent head that fades into a thin collar and leaves little slippery lacing.
The aroma is a bit neutral. The flavor of the lightly toasted malt is mild, as is the bitterness. Lite bodied and nicely carbonated. An easy drinking Kölsch that is crisp and refreshing.
