A dark pour with a decent head and a little lacing.
The base Stout is a flavorful malty brew, like their Copper Mine Creek.
Momentarily after the initial sip, capsaicin from the ghost peppers dominate your flavor perception. The finish is fairly hot, and the pepper aftertaste is lasting.
The perfect brew for someone who craves capsaicin and a lingering burn on their tongue and tonsils.
