Bought this beer off clearance rack for $7.99 for the 22oz bottle. Seemed a no brainier to give a try for a 10% imperial stout. Kinda flat in carbonation but smell was nice and roasty and chocolate. Taste had a lot of vanilla and slight sourness. No hop balance or coffe at all. Not the best stout but still ok. A few tweaks and this one could be really solid.

Had this in a snifter at the White Oak Tavern. Was tempted to skip it as I've not been a big fan of the other Frey's brews I've had. This one was a decent imperial stout, strong coffee and dark chocolate, high cocoa. Some alcohol burn with lingering cocoa and coffee. Would enjoy it again.
