Had this beer while on vacation at the brewery in Lafayette in a tulip glass on draft.
I do not understand at all what the last reviewer tried, perhaps an angry customer? This is a really nice IPA that drinks like a session ipa but sits nice at 6.5%
A: very pretty deep copper color with 1cm head and lancing that sticks to the glass for good
S:pine for sure there is a fruity almost pineapple, citrahop
T:very smooth on the tongue compared to other ipas but doesn't lack flavor tastes like the smell good pine flavor expected in an ipa with a slight citrus flavor
Overall I really enjoy this ipa, I doubt you'd like this smooth ipa if you want tongue numbing double IPAs but I could enjoy this all evening and it really tastes great, if you have a friend who is getting into ipas this is a great one overall that won't be shocking.

Beer was flat. Malt bomb. Absolutely terrible -- like a home brew you choke down to be polite. Although I didn't have to be polite and drain poured this after 3 (polite) sips. Awful.
